				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>受益於就業市場持續改善，加上農曆年前臨時性工作增加，主計總處昨（22）日發布最新就業調查，2月失業率為3.69%，為15年來同期最低水準。</p>
<p>主計總處國勢普查處副處長羅怡玲指出，2月調查時間點落在農曆春節前一周，此時有較多過年前的臨時性工作出現，加之轉職潮多在農曆年後才湧現，調查時尚無明顯反映，使得2月失業率持續下滑。</p>
<p>不過，長期趨勢而言，青年以及高學歷失業情勢已有改善，可望持續下滑。與亞洲鄰國相比，台灣失業率雖改善，但仍是亞洲四小龍中最高，香港2月失業率為3.3%，南韓1月失業率為3.4%，新加坡去年底最新統計僅1.9%。</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>隔晚美股三大指數反覆偏軟，恒指今早低開9點，報24484點，開市後跌幅擴大。滙豐中國3月製造業PMI初值49.2，創11個月低位，遜預期，恒指最多跌199點，低見24294點，失守50天平均線(24428點)。恒指半日收報24343點，跌150點或0.6%。國指半日跑輸恒指，國指報11965點，跌212點或1.7%。半日成交491億元。</p>
<p>恒生指數即月期貨報24353點，跌129點，高水9點。</p>
<p>人民銀行今日進行的200億元人民幣的7天期逆回購操作，中標利率進一步減10基點至3.55%，為減息以來第3次下調。</p>
<p>內地股市回吐，上證綜指半日收報3638點，跌49點或1.4%。南向的港股通額度用去3.41億元人民幣(3.2%)；北向買A股滬股通出現沽出金額高於買入金額，半日餘額141.32億元人民幣，較每日限額130億元人民幣，高出11.32<br />
億元人民幣，升幅最大港股通股份為合景泰富(<a href="http://stock360.hkej.com/quotePlus/01813" target="_blank">01813</a>)，半日升6.9%。</p>

<p>台股今(20)日開紅盤後漲勢持續擴大，早盤收復9000點關卡後，甚至再衝破季線；對於年底前台股走勢，瑞銀證券今日出具最新報告指出，多數短期利多因素都已反應在股票市場上，且即將步入2015年第一季的淡季，因此預期台股在年底前都將走震盪格局，明年底前的目標指數則為9650點。</p>
<p>瑞銀證券出具最新台股策略報告中指出，第三季法說季節畫下句點，在檢視各項資料後提高整體市場盈利估值約2%，來到年增34%的水準，其中半導體產業與面板產業是數據上修的主要動能來源，此兩產業的表現優異，抵銷了部分電子下游廠與非電子廠表現較差的成績。不過由於今年企業盈利基期較高，瑞銀證券預估2015年企業盈利成長約僅3.8%，且上行空間較小。</p>

<p>中東區域緊張情勢升溫，令上周創下歷史高點的道瓊指數連續第二個交易日回跌、並創一個多月以來最大單日跌幅。</p>
<p>法人機構指出，從今年走勢來看，台股上漲拉回過程中，最多連續拉回三天，但僅出現二次，分別是在3月19~21日與4月23~25日，其他時間多數在一到兩天，因此近期高檔拉回修正尚未出現異常。</p>
<p>只不過是大盤突破9,309點後，量並未跟上，也讓市場法人在半年報結帳前夕，將潛在獲利高或乖離較高的個股獲利了結，由於本周五（27日）為摩台指結算日，預期中線上揚的月線仍有不弱的支撐，月線每天上揚約10點，預計今日將來到9,200點附近。</p>
<p>由於目前9日KD值正從高檔向下彎來到57與71附近，在缺口仍朝下之際，近期指數將偏向作整理為主，以目前日量800億~1,200億元來分析，預期極短線指數將在9,150~9,350點間整理。</p>

<p>為了安撫外界擔憂大陸經濟「硬著陸」的不安，大陸官媒消毒動作連連，繼人民日報海外版抨擊房地產唱空者是「別有用心」後，新華社直接強調，大陸中央政府擁有絕對政策資源和空間，確保其經濟表現。</p>
<p>今年以來，大陸經濟增速放緩，房地產市場降溫尤為明顯，許多人開始擔憂大陸經濟崩壞。</p>
<p>報導稱，目前政府債務占全國GDP比重不高，可見「央行可動用的鋒利兵器還未出盡」，大陸有能力保持經濟高速增長，但領導者為了促進產業健康發展、「調結構」，刻意「踩剎車」。</p>
<p>但新華社提及，若只要追求高經濟增速並不困難，但政府尋求的是經濟成長和質量間的平衡點，經歷短暫「陣痛期」是必要的，「短期經濟結構性改革將是長期品質提升的基礎」。</p>
<p>國際貨幣基金組織秘書長林建海表示，若為經濟中長期可持續、健康發展上來看，經濟增速短暫放緩是被允許的，北京大學教授黃益平等專家也曾指出，大陸經濟增長加速或穩定前會先歷經放緩階段。</p>
<p>報導進一步點出，短期經濟波動受需求變動影響，但長期經濟增長主要是透過改革釋放的紅利、激發潛在供給能力而定。</p>
<p>大陸近期採取包括針對重點群體創業就業的減稅政策、鼓勵創新，及降低部分行業的準入門檻改善等供給端的改革，就可看出，目前著重的已不再是需求端的短期管理。</p>

Think of it like this: If you were going to start a home improvement project, you could go to a discount department store like Walmart and find plenty of basic items. However, if you really wanted a wide selection and hard-to-find items for your project, you&#8217;d go to a hardware store. Look at industry-specific sites as the hardware stores of your job search. Whether your career is in publishing, information technology, healthcare, human resources, financial services or any other large industry, you can find job search sites specific to it. In addition to searching for jobs on these sites, you often can post your résumé on them as well.<br />
Another way you can target jobs in your industry is to visit the corporate Web sites of companies that you&#8217;re interested in within your industry. Many will post job openings on the &#8220;careers" section of their Web site. If you don&#8217;t find the specific job opening you&#8217;re looking for, find out who runs the department you&#8217;d like to work in, then send your résumé directly to that person.<br />
One more option is to work with a headhunter or job recruitment specialist. Often, these people will work for companies to bring in stand-out candidates for a job. However, you can hire one yourself to help you find jobs within your industry. Just be sure to ask around before hiring &#8212; you want to make sure you&#8217;re working with someone effective and legitimate.<br />
