• Provide consultancy to client’s IT operations o Handle client query directly or escalate to offshore support team
• Coordinate between client and offshore support team for related activity

Training will be provided for new hire

• Good knowledge of Oracle PLSQL & Programming Good knowledge of Oracle Forms & Programming  Experience in implementing / supporting banking (or) financial systems
• Java programming will be a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience either in banking or IT industry
